A well-designed, comfortable pair of running shoes is a necessity for any runner because we have a lot riding on our feet when we run. If you see that you have flat feet, you are likely an over-promoter. Normally indicating a neutral probation is a medium arch. Finally, you're likely to be an under-promoter if you have a high arch.
